Should I get this Simple Camera for $50?

I don't want anything that major but need decent pics...Will this camera work? Anyone every heard of this brand?

Somebody recommend me one then....

Not familiar with it, but if you're willing to double your investment to $100 there is a Fuji A500 and for $110 a Kodak C533, both are far better cameras.

Argus goes to a company that makes generic cameras and buys a lot (500,000) and puts their name on it. Argus today is not the same Argus as in 1948 with the C3 nor is it the same company when I worked for it in the 1970s with the Cosina line.

I don't know who owns it these days but they bought it from Jerry Littman and Dan Porco sometime after 1980.

even though you don't think you need anything fancy, i suggest you really shop around first, before buying a camera. you can get a higher quality one for 100-150 dollars that will last you a very long time. i've never heard of that brand & can't attest to its quality. if i were you i'd do some more research first. good luck

I wouldnt expect to much for $50 if you want cheap wally world has a key chain camera that takes reconjsable pics.for 8.95 your probley not going to be happy with it Buy a name brand at least5-6 pics then you can buy download acc. for it if the name is simple no i havent

No....spend a few dollars more and get a better camera...this particular camera takes bad pictures...the resolution is low plus the pictures are dark and can't be seen over the web..

if you gonna only use once ....yeah why not.If not get a moblie phone with camera
