Well a Chassid would never be touching a woman in public, they are shomer negiah. If he was, he wouldn't be Chassidic. But as long as this is a hypothetical situation---
I would thank G-d that love is more powerful than prejudice. But otherwise I'd do nothing. Their business not mine.

I would think that it was some type of publicity stunt, being filmed for a commercial, or a political joke. The costumes are merely that, stage props, to differentiate preferences and to maintain a theoretical distance. Best wishes
