i like this girl and i don't know i found out, but every where i go she is around and i think she likes me but i don't know, our class went to the library today, and her and her friends circled my table over and over, and i was the only one at the table. Does she like me or not? If she does i am going to ask her out!! Thanks to all that help me.

she is popular but i am not, and if she says no her friends will make fun. Writing letter do not work, she shows them to her friends and then they laugh at you. I don't know, i just need help

Ask, I mean what's the worst that could happen. If she says no at least you got some experience with the asking process. Maybe you should start by just talking to her one on one. Find out what she likes to do and what things you have in common. If you like the same movies, well then ask her to a movie.

from your description, as she could be just playing games.
Be up front with her- tell her how you feel and ask if she has a crush on you too. If you're too shy to ask her face to face, try writing her a letter
Don't try to over-think it or analyze this too much or else you'll drive yourself nuts.

Whatever you do, DON'T say, "We really have to stop meeting like this!" Okay? Super! However, if it looks like she's flying in circles around you again, I'm definitely all for you asking her out. Keep it simple, though.

Just ask her out. Everyone is shy, the difference is how you present yourself. The worst that could happen is she says no, then you won't have to come on here and ask us what to do!

well girls react weird under pressure (like me). i think u should find out for sure if she likes you. then you are pretty much guarenteed a yes. where as u ask her out and she doesnt like you, she might feel weird under the pressure and say no or she will distance herself. but if u think she does, i say go for it. the only thing she can say is no and life goes on. hope i helped.

You don't ask you don't get. Having confidence and asking makes you that much more attractive. Make the move player otherwise you will never know what she would have said.
