ive deleted from my computer and downloaded it again and i have also made sure that it was the newest version of itunes what gives?>=[

have no idea but this. is your pc compatible with the itunes you are installing. is quicktime installed because without it itunes will not work.

Ok , when you say is not opening do you mean that when you double click it its start to open but it closes or NOTHING AT ALL ??/So lets start with the first one unistall the software , delete the folder in program files , and then open the registry and delete ANYTHING that deals with itunes . Now once you do that reboot , then re-install the application . Now verify that its connecting to the internet if its block it may not open at all.
