Trends and ideas for weddings- I love seeing golds and champagnes used as primary or accent colors for centerpieces, attire, flowers, invites, etc. I also like the whole edible favor trend. Much more practical, everyone loves sweets/food not everyone loves a personalize candle votive with the couples wedding date.

Combining traditions from different parts of both your backgrounds to make the ceremony unique and special. When my husband and I got married we included herbs in the bouquet, hand binding and an Apache wedding prayer (see link below) along with some other traditions. We also had guests sign a photo mat instead of a quest book. It made the day very unique, very personal and very meaningful to us both. The matted photo and the cord from the hand binding are framed and both hang in our home.

Instead of a small slice of cake - send the guests home with an individual replica of the real thing. Absolutely adorable!

i love the idea of having your guest sign a photo matting that is around a photo of the bride and groom and that way they can hang it up in their home forever and read the words of love and encouragement from friends and family most people never pull out their guest book so this way they have something all ways around instead!
