well first try some Biore scrubs and cleansers, and maybe some nature's cure. If that doesn't work, you should really ask your dermatologist because they know just what's best for your skin.

I also have an acne problem, the best product I have used is Proactive Solution. The best part of the product is the facial mask, I love how fast the mask works. If you have bad acne ask for the strong solution. The prices range around from $30 for the small and $50 for the big pack. If this does not get rid of your acne it will definitely reduce it.

I don't know how old you are , but if you are a teen then you are going thru adolescent period, and acne/pimple may arise.
I am 26 now and for years(since i was 12) i have suffered from acne not to mention low self-esteem because of that.
There's nothing in the market to heal acne but there's many ways to prevent them.
At my age i still get a few pimples especially during my menstrual cycle.
DO:have a healthy eating habits, cut back on your sugars..not to totally eliminate them because your body needs it.
Drink plenty of water, excercise regularly...walking is good.
Get enough sleep
Do not worry/think too much
NEVER:Prick on your pimples, touch your face (our hands creates oil that causes blackheads), don't exfoliate your skin everyday..those daily scrubs can only aggravate your acne esp if you have sensitive skin.
If you wear make-ups, use mineral base make-up. Try Sorme, www.sorme.com
I also use a BP from Germany that can help level your hormones, it's called diane35..you can purchase it in asia as well.
www.yasminpharmacy.com
(just note that if you have serious ailment consult your ob first, this pill is banned in the US, but i have been using it for 4 years)
For daily Maintenance; try using a low dose of Salicylic Wash, oil-free moisturizer, sulfur for acne spots (byebye blemish brand), also use sunscreen (murad sunscreen tint is lovely)
Bottom Line: Don't waste your money of products that will make your skin flaky, dry and old. Local drugstores carry what you're looking for.
I hope that helps!

I have used Aveeno and that works really well. Your dermatologist can prescribe you something if it is really bad.
