Demons? Well, god made them, as he made everything (unless of course we are speaking about some religion other than christianity, in which case it depends which one we are talking about) so that's an easy one.

The issue of the creation of evil is a bit different. Evil is not thing to be created. It is not physical object that is made. Evil is merely the opposite of good. By having a concept of good, it is necessary that there be a concept of evil. That which is against good is evil. Thus evil isnt "created" as much as it is determined.

Please keep in mind that there is a difference between the necessity of the concept of evil and evil actions. Just because the notions are both required, doesnt mean that evil is somehow of vlue or that it must be perpetuated or any other such nonsense. It is no different than the relationship between true and false. You cannot have one concept without the other, but it doesnt mean we should or must lie, or that lies are equal to the truth.

What people think demons are are the 1/3 of the angels which were cast into hell with Satan, but the angels that were cast into hell are chained and locked up. Demons and evil was created by Satan.

God created Lucifer(Satin) as well as other angels. According to the Bible, he and some other angels wanted to take over heaven. This caused a war in heaven. The end result was that all those who opposed God in heaven were cast to earth where they have been turning God's other creations(people) against him. If you'll look in Job 2:1, you would see that even Satin had to still answer to God.

Well first of all Jehovah God created everything that's in the Heavens and on the Earth. But He did not create demons and evil.

From where did Satan come?
All of Jehovah's works are perfect; he is not the author of unrighteousness; so he did not create anyone wicked.
(Deut. 32:4; Ps. 5:4) The one who became Satan was originally a perfect spirit son of God. When saying that the Devil ''did not stand fast in the truth .'' Jesus indicated that at one time that one was ''in the truth.'' (John8:44) But, as it true of all of God's intelligent creatures, this spirit son was endowed with free will. He abused his freedom of choice, allowed feelings of self-importance to develop in his heart, began to crave worship that belonged only to God, and so enticed Adam and Eve to listen to him rather than obey God. Thus by his course of action he made himself Satan, which means ''adversary.'' Jas.1:14,15

At Revelation 12:7-9; When Satan was cast to earth ,it say his angels were hurled down with him. so they became demons when chose to side with Satan.

Well first lets define evil. Evil is the absence of Good. And if God is Good than Evil is the abscence of God. Okay now that is cleared up, Evil was created just by the shear fact that God existed.

Your question is related to the theological concept of theodicy:
The study of the problem of evil in the world.

The issue is raised in light of the sovereignty of God. How could a holy and loving God who is in control of all things allow evil to exist? The answer has been debated for as long as the church has existed. We still do not have a definitive answer and the Bible does not seek to justify God's actions.

It is clear that God is sovereign, and that He has willed the existence of both good and evil, and that all of this is for His own glory. Prov. 16:4 says, "The LORD works out everything for his own ends -- even the wicked for a day of disaster"; Isaiah 45:7 says, "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things." The important thing is that while it is true that God intends to bring about evil, God's purpose is not, of itself, evil. As Joseph stated to his wicked brothers in Gen. 15:20: "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today." (Gen 50:20) thus clarifying the intent of God for allowing evil to exist in order to bring about a greater good.

God created the angels and gave them free will. the devil thought he was just as good as God and kept on deceiving the other angels and so God made a place for him so he could be ruler over it.it's called hell. and some of the angels went with him, the ones who liked the devil better than God.
