how does he act around other girls, if he acts the same towards others, then it probably doesnt mean anything. however, if he only acts like this towards you, then hes probably interested in you but is to shy to to do anything about it. if your into this guy, then i suggest you talk to him let him know how you feel. good luck.

If u catch him staring at u then he definitly likes something about u. Smiling is always a good sign. U should look to see if there are anythings that he does that make u think that he likes u. U should definitly tell him how u feel if u like him. What's the worst that could happen. IF he doesn't feel the same way then I'm sure u can find someone else. Besides u said that u don't talk to him much so it's not like you'll lose a friendship.

Begin to pay more attention to him like a wink now and then and maybe ask him to stop by the local hang out and have a coke after classes. You may want to ask him by the house to study on a particular rough test thats coming up. Good luck.

Probably...however, for me if I like a girl I initiate some sort of contact, invitation, flurting (to name a few) and watch her respond in order to gauge her receptiveness and response to it. A couple of prods by the guy with no real return is usually a dead ball, unless he's persistent enough to chase her down becuase she's playing hard to get OR she gets annoyed and tells him to bug off.
There's a couple things you can do to know though. Although I'm a firm believer that it's the guy's job to move on a girl, she can help him out a bit by giving him something to work with. She can initiate things such as talking, maybe invite him to things, flurt innocently with him to name a few. Admittedly, for myself, I have moved on a girl with absolutely nothing to work off of and watched her respond. However, my job has always been easier and more effective if I have something to base my moves on.

Why don't you ask him, guys like for the women to make the first move. After that, you reel him in slowly. Chances are if he stares at you he is interested in something about you.
