Sometimes she'll take a coat of in front of me, or sometimes she'll stare. But when I look at her she'll turn away, or if I try to talk she'll move away.

Well either you smell funky or she does like you... Just try to talk to her, FIGURE OUT HER NAME, if you say her name she blushes or turns away quickly then smile and walk up to her then try to talk to her. If you like her as well tell her your feelings, and possibly your number.

I dont really get why taking off her coat in font of you is a sign that she likes you but ya i think she is a shy girl. Mabye she's shy because people are around try to talk to her when not many people are around and see how that goes.

Be her friend first, shy girls dont like forward guys. She may be scared to be honest about her feelings. If your her friend first she'll get to know you more and feel more free to say something about how she feels.

there's a possibility. talk with her friends ffirst, and then try to talk with her. if she really is ignoring u, and its obvious to every1, she either is like in love with u, or hates u.
