People shed the deciduous teeth at different ages, some earlier some later, some retain one or more of them with out having a permanent one ever develop. Fifteen is a little on the late side (it's usually 12-14 for 2nd molars, boys are generally later than girls, but sometimes they start at 10 for these) but I'm sure the dentist would have let him know if he was congenitally missing one or having any problems with his teeth. Hope I've been of some help with this. Good luck! You may want to check out this site for a little more information. http://www.dentalgentlecare.com/eruption_chart.htm

- Although baby teeth - also known as primary teeth - could come in any arrange, a lot of babies follow a loose model.

The process often begins with the center bottom teeth, with the big top 2 centre teeth the following to come. Next are the teeth beside those middle chompers, then the teeth beside them, continuing on till the jaw is full of a set of twenty little pearly whites.

You are able to expect your baby ( baby teeth chart ) to start teething about six months, and it may take up to 2 and a one-half years for all the teeth to come through. But once again, this is just a general guide - a few children are birthed with one tooth (or more!), while others stay on toothless until they are more than a year old And that what we call the not normally baby teeth chart .
