Here's what I did, I lost like 10 lbs last week. I eat 6 times a day, in 2 hour intervals. Every meal I eat has to be 200 calories or less. Have a slim fast optima shake for breakfast, 2 hours later, have a healthy snack like the Special K bars, or Nature's Own Trail Mix bars, these bars are about 140 calories and have protein and fiber which makes you feel fuller, faster or there's rice cakes, they now have different flavors like, butter popcorn, chocolate chip, ranch, sour cream and onion, and all sorts of other flavors too. The best part about these rice cakes is that they are only about 30 to 70 calories each, so you can have a few if you like and they are very delicious. Two hours later have another slim fast optima, these optimas really do help control hunger and those nasty cravings. Two hours later have another healthy snack, Two hours later have a sensible dinner, my personal favorite is boneless skinless chicken breast, a half cup white rice and a good heaping of vegetables. Check out your grocery store for Parkay Spray Butter, 0 Calories. It is delicious. And finally 2 hours later have another healthy snack and call it a day. Drink plenty of water and be fairly strict with the eating schedule or you will succumb to your hunger, as long as you're feeding your body every 2 hours, your hunger should be minimal. This little routine keeps your metabolism working all day long without overeating and putting to much burden on your body's ability to break down your foods. As far as exercise goes, any high intensity Cardio will do the trick, I personally am doing the Tony Horton Power90. It is a 6 day a week regiment that divides equal time between burning fat and toning muscle. My eating junk food was habitual, now my healthy eating has become habitual, and I feel great for doing this, good luck.

Running. It burns fat and tones muscle. Get a gym membership and do both cardio and muscle work outs. Eat a better diet. I'm doing the same thing for the same reason, so here is what I have started doing. I got a cheap smoothie machine (pretty much the same thing as a blender so that would work too) and I make a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I say a smoothie because you end up "eating" less and they are good on the go. My favorite is a strawberry kiwi smoothie. It takes 2 kiwis, 4 large strawberries, a cup of light vanilla yogurt and fill the rest to the top with ice. It makes enough for a snack later too. I then eat a very small lunch, a light snack of something like baby carrots, and a very light dinner. (chicken or fish with a vegetable) I have come up with some pretty good combinations if you want to email me I would be more than willing to send them to you!!! I also make sure to do some kind of workout every day. The gym that I go to has tredmills and excercise bikes in front of 6 large tvs with the most popular primetime stations on. I can go there and watch my favorite shows while working out. Before I go to bed I do crunches or push ups. I alternate them to give my muscles time to heal. I increase the number by 5 every night. If I have time I also run at some point. Never more than a mile, I'm just starting, but anything is better than nothing. As far as I can tell it's working. I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks but I already feel better and that is one of the most important things. Studies show that excercising makes you happier. I also notice my body looking better. It seems like it will be alot of work at first, but the self confidence that it gives you is worth it 100 %! Good luck and congrats on the wedding!!

Thank goodness you don't want to loose that much weight over night because it's going to take time so not to hurt you physically.
First of all it's not so much what you eat. You must watch your calorie intake, so check the labels on foods you buy.
Just cutting back on eating will not be enough, you must exercise more. Any exercise will burn fat, but it must be done for at least 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Weight lifting is good, even those band or tube exercise exerciser gadgets are good. Walking, jogging, swimming, water aerobics also are very good. The bottom line is you must burn more calories than you eat. Also eating several small meals a day instead of three big meals a day is good idea.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You Could Southbeach, I have tried it and it works. Or you could just cut your daily input of calories by 350 which means that you would lose about a pound every 10 days.
