I bought 2 ASP expandable batons in Michigan, and I'd like to bring them to another country.
Can i bring them on the plan if I put in the big suitcase in cargo?

as shecked luggage yes, but theres no way you can bring anything on board an aircraft that could be used as a weapon.
also please keep in mind that those things are illegal in many states, you may have issues if carrying them to a place where they are not allowed

You should also beware that Asps are prohibited imports in some countries.

You can put it on your stored luggage, but it cannot be stored in a carryon bag.
