I saw your pic and I say not too short but maybe a little under shoulder length in either layers or chopped.

I would advise you to cut your hair in a sharply angled bob....(shorter in the back and longer in the front)

if its straight then i think u should leave it that length and make it curly -or cut it shoulder length and get highlights!it looks very good ;)
