What kind of supplies? For most supplies like herbs, candles, altar cloths, etc, you can make use of regular stores, where you pay a lot less than what you'd pay ordering such things from a "specialty" supplier. (Around here, we call the Dollar Store and its spin-offs the "Wiccan Wal-Mart".)
If you really need specifically Pagan/Wiccan supplies, you might check out the Witches of the World section at Witchvox:
http://www.witchvox.com/xvn.html
Use the pull-down menus on the left to find shops in your area.
Another possibility is eBay. I've found a few specifically Wiccan supplies there (athames, Wiccan-themed altar cloths, and the like).
Good luck with your search!

You don't need spells to be Wiccan, indeed, there is not a single religion represented on this website that does not have its own form of spells.
If you are doing spells with complicated ingredients (stuff that is not in your area, your closet, your kitchen) you might try the metaphysical system called "Ceremonial Magick."
Most CMs (although many are Christian) have entire networks of supplies, which is helpful if you need Labdanum at 3am.
For supplies for magic, or what Crowley called magick, I would try enchantedworks.com, but I once again state that Wicca and spell doing are no more the same than hail marys and Christianity.

You could make your own. I personally got my cauldron, offering dish and chalice at Salvation Army but you could make your own out of clay. I use a natural broom bought from the cleaning section of the grocery store and the dollar store always has lots of different kinds of candles. My book of shadows is a binder with an embroidered canvas cover on it and dividers. Total cost, $25, but only because I bought an expensive binder.
Being a kitchen witch, I generally use whatever I have laying around the house and I have never understood why people need to spend alot of money on stuff.
but you can check out paganshopping.com too. I've never bought from there because I don't generally buy stuff, but I've known the owners personally for years and they are really good people.

Find a Priest, or a Shek or a Rabbi or even just a sane person, and talk it over with them, before you find out your playing a game that does't end with "happily ever after". I have to tell you it is dangerous to mess with the occult, and that you should stop.
There are sins of commission, something one does that offends God. There are other sins, of omission, something you should have done, but failed to do, that also could offend God.
In your case, I consider the sincere warning to find another game to play, the occult is evil and should be avoided as the end of my obligation.
The choice is yours, choose wisely.

ebay has some, but they're usually 3x the price that you'd find them at azuregreen.com anyway.
