The sound changes depending on how hard you press the brakes... If you press the brakes really hard, it stops the hissing.... It sounds like it is from my foot. Thank you

sounds like your brake booster needs to be replaced, many cars and suv use vacum from the engine with booster to to help with the brake . the diaphram is leaking making the hissing sound

there is a vacuum hose under the brake pedal you might have a hole in it, might what to take it to a shop to check it out.

sounds like the brake booster ,maybe the seal is bad on it ....

and seaping air through it..
