A question for people who have had sinus surgery..?

two weeks ago i had sinus surgery i went to the doctor last week and he said i could start to blow my noise this week but when i try to blow my noise it hurts really bad in my head. should i wait longer to blow my noise?

Yes, wait a awhile longer. I assume you are already taking pain/anti-inflammatory type medications, if not take ibuprofen that will help alot. It will take months for the pain to go away completely.

Look into the salt water cleansers. The principle is to irrigate - in one nostril out the other - used by professional singers to create resonance.
