whats the consequences for me and my husband on parole, when the childs mother made a fake police report?

my husbands childs mother called his parole officer and the police when he told her he cant come get his son because he's spending time with(wife)me.she told his p.o that he pull a gun on her and shot at her and that i beat her up.the police came to my mothers house were we was watchin my nephew since that nite and took him to jail.im stuck between a rock and a hard place because thats false accusations.if i beat her up y the police didnt bring my name up once

You need to get a lawyer. Filing a false police report is a felony and you could send her to jail.
