Yes. Raisins have a lot of fiber. They can also cause to you to have gas! I can't eat raisins in public! They are good for you though.

All dried fruit have a slight laxative (make you have bowel movement) effects. In moderation, raisins (with or without chocolate) are fine. In excess, the answer to your question is YES. The definition of excess, varies with each person.

Yes, they can, if you eat too much of them. Raisins are basically like 'prunes' ... dried fruit can make you 'go' more often ... and so can 'chocolate' if eaten too much.
