I think that it really depends on your taste..."Rose" is a very "old" name as they say (like Ann or Jane, Mary, etc.)...so, it depends if you are wanting a name along similar lines for the first name or one that is a little more modern or different...
If you are wanting something along the same lines, I would suggest:
Amelia Rose
Emma Rose
Elizabeth Rose
Esther Rose
Victoria Rose
Jessica Rose
Alexandra Rose (I like this one)
Hannah (or Anna) Rose
If you are looking for a more modern name:
Madison Rose
Kaylee ( or Baylee, or Haylee) Rose
Miranda Rose
Breanna Rose
Melissa (or Alissa) Rose
Vanessa Rose
Alicia Rose
Amber Rose
Katelyn Rose
If you are looking for something unique:
Sherah Rose (I like this one)
Shaina Rose
Angelica Rose
Ashlyn Rose
I would also suggest that you consider looking into meanings of specific names you already have considered...sometimes the meaning can help you make a decision...
Hope that helps!

It hard to give suggestions without knowing what style of names you like, but going by the name Rose, I would guess you like more traditional names, so...
Samantha
Elizabeth
Annabelle (actually, pretty much any name ending in -belle would sound nice with Rose, i.e. Isabelle, Maribelle, etc...)

I really like "Madeleine"...pronounced either like the french girl (in an old house in paris all covered with vines...) or pronounced as "Madalynn" (which could be spelled many different names. Both are unique names and sound beautiful with "Rose." You could call her Maddie for short =)
Best Wishes!
I'm sure you will pick something beautiful!
