What is the capital cost (equipment, skills etc) of starting a small distillery to manufacture vodka in Europe? Is anyone skilled to come in as a partner if I can raise funds

You're looking at around €100,000 or more to start up. You'll need to meet all regulations and requirements set forth by the government, and pay the appropriate licensing fees. You'll need a location for the still, you'll need a good still (most of your money) and you'll need storage space for the grains, space for the fermentation, storage space for the spirits between distillation and bottling, you'll need bottling equipment, bottles, and quite a bit more. I couldn't say for sure how much it might cost in terms of skills, but if you're serious about raising the money, we may have to talk further...where in Europe might this be set up?
