This might sound really disgusting and a lot of you may get squeaved out. But I don't care. I have two wonderful little pups, whom I adore. However, I am very affectionate with one of them. My little, Princess, kisses me all over the face and sometimes in the mouth. Someone told me it's very unhealthy for me, because they have some kind of worms in their mouths? Is this true? I never heard of this before. She had also stated that it might even give you trouble when trying to conceive. I think it's kind of silly.

Think about what dogs can do. They can lick their genitals and backsides. If your animal has ring worm etc, Well, i will let you figure that one out.

Dogs can give you all kinds of nasty worms, including tapeworms. You should simply go the vet and get anti-worm/anti-flea/tick pills for your pets. The ones I use prevent all these things, but I still try not to let the dogs contact my mouth.

They can carry eggs of the worms in their mouths. I wouldnt let them kiss me like that. YUK!! I guess it would interfer with conceiving if they transmitted some kind of bacteria to you. I wouldnt listen to the project runway girl,...she doesnt even know how to spell.

Yeah that kind of is gross. But whatever, actually dogs' mouths are extremely clean. It still is probably not a good idea to let them lick you as much as they want however, this encourages hyperactive behavior which is definitely not good. Peace.

they;re wrong. dog's motuhs r cleaner than humans'. look in their mouths. do u c worms? and y r u doin it with ur dogs anyways? and y wuld ur mouth have anything to do with sex? sure, ull kiss while doing it, but it won't stop anything.. erm... down there. BUT this does nto eman you shoudl be letting ur dog do that, they lick their parts, man!

Um....does you dog lick his butt? Those germs are going on your face and mouth. Despite popular opinion, dogs' mouths are not clean.

no big deal...but dogs do eventually learn how to lick their butts...then it would be pretty squeavy (your word).
dog BITES, on the other hand...those are very dirty and prone to infection...so be careful how you play with the pups...don't let them bite you, even in play.

no i dont think so but i think thats really odd cause i never hear worm eilther too.. but i got 2 dogs too and they do that to me but i dont get worm? i dont think its true lol
