Q = V*C
Q = 5*6*10^(-6)
Q = 3*10^(-5) or about 30 µCoulombs

The internal resistance of the battery merely limits the rate at which the capacitor can charge.

Q = CV = 6uF * 5V = 30 micro coulombs

R in this problem is useless unless you're trying to find an instantaneous voltage/current/charge and include a time period.
