As long as you condition your hair once or twice a week, no, I've been spraying since I was 14 and there's no harm done to my hair. Paul Mitchell is a good product.

there actually are some hairsprays that are bad for your hair bc they can cause damage to it.. although i am pretty posotive that Paul Mitchell will not damage your hair especially only using 3-4 sprays.. i dont normally use hairspray but when going out to a fancy resturant or taking pictures.. something that my hair needs to have hairspray for bc it's bein done.. i usually do use Paul Mitchell bc it's a good brand and it works well with my hair.. =)

Since you are using a professional product you should be fine. But make sure you buy your products from a prof. salon cuz if you don't, your not always guaranteed that the product is the real thing. And with all hair products you wanna stay away from the ones that have alcohol listed as the first ingredient....these will dry out your hair.

I have straight flyaway hair. I used hair glue sprays for many many years to give it the look I wanted. That ultra hold stuff to be exact. I am old now and my hair did just fine. A lot of it is what you eat that matters as well. And your families genetic makeup.

It's just clear paint (Lacquer) , the same stuff that makes your car shine! It is however, thinned out so the ''coat'' you give your hair is next to nothing. And given the fact your hair is dead cells anyway, you won't be able to kill anything, so go ahead and style!
