How do you stop falling in love?

i need a break...for six years, id fall in love with people who never knew my feelings anyway...and one time when someone expressed she was attracted to me turned me down anyway bcoz of no connection....now, i find myself falling again but i know theres just no chance again...im so sick of myself already. people find me intelligent at school and all, but im just so dumb in real life situations, and despite my achievements, i never felt a steady good confidence.....how do i just stop all the nonsense....

Friends, Friends ,Friends first . Trust me if you become friends then lovers its the best . If the girl doesn't want to do the friendship thing then she is not a good match . Friends for at least 6 months to 1 yr. you can do it . That's why you are so vulnerable . GOOD LUCK ! Stop putting your standards so low . You just need to relax and try new things . Change your appearance love yourself .

Be yourself. You're young; vulnerability is going to be with you as an adult, too, so it helps to learn how to be firm and self-confident. This means acknowledging your own achievements, walking your own path, and knowing when to back off from someone. I know this for a fact because someone did that to me, and even though we still meet as friends, it's hard to forget that she once said the same thing that friend of yours did. And, well, the mature thing to do is just move beyond that and go your own way.

By the way, if you think you're dumb in real life situations, keep in mind that no one really knows how to handle these things until they've practiced for a while; and sometimes, not even then! So brush yourself off, learn the lesson, and move on.

Honey, there is no easy way to stop falling in love. I dont even know if its possible. I did the exact same thing in highschool. Only when I told the guy I liked him, he didnt turn me down right away. Instead, he let me stew for a few days and avoided me. I had to hear it from my best friend, that he just broke up with his girlfriend and didnt know how to let me down gently. I'm one of those girls who likes a straight answer, so I cornered him and asked him why he couldnt just tell me this, why he made me feel like an idiot, and you know what he said? He said I was doing a pretty good job of it on my own, making myself out to be an idiot, that is.Love is always always going to be there, wheather you like it or not. Well you should actually look for a girl who you think has the same intelligants that you have and that you shouldn't just look for a girl that you think is cute because some cute girlls will get controlling and will break your heart so look for a girl who has the same interst that you have.If you dont like her tell her that and that you dont want her because if you dont her then just tell her so that you wont have to go throught a lot of stuff with a lot of girls.Say shortie who it is and we can just be friends.
