Umm you really can't make any meat because you have to thaw it out so that is a no. it all depends on what you have and how much time you have think about that and decide on something yummy!!yeah make pasta put cheese on it and make the bread in the oven if you have no garlic you can use powdered garlic and butter trust me it works it taste good too. pasta is good with chicken and ground turkey or beef!!
Don't burn anything!!!LOL

Depends what they left out for you to cook you can make pasta its very easy and some ground beef or ground turkey mix with your favorite sauce and thats all maybe some bread on the side

1 1/2 cups refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes (from 1-lb 4-oz bag)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup Green Giant® frozen sweet peas, thawed and drained
12 frozen meatballs (from 16-oz bag), thawed and cut in half
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate or deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In small bowl, toss potatoes with salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, peas, meatballs and cheese in pie plate.
3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

ok,dont use that cuz it will take to long,propose the idea of breakfest for dinner and make some pancakes and omlettes.i think they will like it.you can use the meat in the omelette if you want.

try rice (from a box is easiest... beef, pork, chicken, herb...) and steamed vegtables.... and what ever meat you have on hand (w/seasonings from spice cabinet or packet). its healthy and only takes 15 min to cook (meat time verys.... smaller pieces cook faster!).

Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken Casserole
6 servings 55 min 20 min prep
1 packet flour tortillas
1 cup Ro-Tel tomatoes and onions
1 fryer chicken
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
Broil chicken until tender.
Remove, reserving broth.
Remove skin and ones from chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
Grate Cheese and mash Tomatoes.
Combine chicken, Onions, Cheese, Garlic Salt, Chili powder and Tomatoes.
Drop tortillas into boiling chicken broth until softened.
Line large baking dish with softened tortillas.
Add chicken mixture.
Pour the 2 cans of soup over the chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
Quick and easy Chicken and Vegetable Casserole
4 servings 25 min 5 min prep
2 cups white rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups hot water
12-16 ounces frozen broccoli or cauliflower or carrots (or other vegetable)
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, uncooked and diced
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
In a large pot with a lid, pour in liquid, add the rice, and give it a little stir.
Layer the frozen vegetables on top of the rice, and the raw chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
Sprinkle the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cover, and bring to a boil Let boil for 3-5 minutes.
Stir, then reduce to med-high heat, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Quick and Easy "Primavera"
4 servings 27 min 7 min prep
2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (11 ounce) can spinach, drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add zuchinni and squash and saute until almost tender.
Add tomatoes, artichokes, corn and spinach.
Cook for 7 minutes, then add basil.
Cook for 5-7 more minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve over fettecini with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and garlic bread on the side.
Quick and Easy Crowd Pleasin Rigatoni
8-10 servings 40 min 20 min prep
1 (16 ounce) box rigatoni pasta
1 jar pizza sauce
1 package pepperoni
4 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
Cook pasta according to package directions in 5 qt dutch oven or pot non stick works best Drain well and return to pot.
Add pizza sauce, and mushrooms stir well.
Seperate pepperoni and add to pot.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted and is heated through
