Are they stretch marks or just loose skin? If they are strecth marks, sorry no getting rid of them. You can help them fade by using either coca butter or I found this cream called Mothers Friend, it works better than cocoa butter, but its hard to find. Now, if it is just loose skin, you are going to have to do some form of tummy exercises to tighten the skin. Sit-ups, crunches or maybe an ab-lounge will work. I have an ab-lounge, its absolutely wonderful. Hope this helps!

I had a c-section also. I teach aerobics, and am very physically fit, however my lower stomach is very wrinkly. Sit ups do nothing, neither does creams. My doctor said a tummy tuck is the only way, or just accepting it which is hard, but is what I had to do since I can not afford a tummy tuck.

You can do stomach excersise, but if the sagging is really bad, (ask anyone whose lost lots of weight and they will tell you this too) that all you can do to fix sagging skin is have plastic surgery.

Wrinkles/stretchmarks will fade, and may go awayentirely if you are young and are vigalint about treating them (try mederma) but not garunteed. They are marks that every other parent has so don't feel to bad. Think of them as battle wound ;)

They're called stretch marks honey! Try Palmers cocoa butter lotion or shea butter for stretch marks. You may never get rid of them, but they will always be a reminder to you of the miracle you have, you baby

They sell stretch mark creams and creams for when your pregnant to avoid this problem but you can still use them now. Try target or a pharmacy. Just try a couple out, youll find whats best for you.

You can maybe try sit ups and build up your abdominal muscles to fill out the loose areas of your skin, and pull it tighter.
