I do not hate an atheist/agnostic. I believe that God gave us a free will for a reason. We need to respect each other. : )
My church teaches that we should love everybody and let God to sort us out. He knows our hearts.

absolutely everyone does not hate us, yet many religious human beings do. i think of the actual, base reason is that our very existence stressful circumstances the underlying premise of their religious worldview, in a fashion that believers in different religions do no longer. A Christian and a Muslim and a Hindu all disagree relating to the information of the divine, yet finally all of them validate one yet another's theory that there *is* some thing divine available. The atheist opens up the door to a hectic threat: that what all of them have faith isn't in simple terms quite incorrect, yet thoroughly imaginary. that there is not any longer something there. i think of this is why the easy assertion, "i'm an atheist" is often met with a lot hostility: it potential that the completed theory of religion could be fake. The Catholic and the Protestant shouting at one yet another than the different one is going to hell are a minimum of validating one yet another's theory that there *is* a hell. The atheist, on the different hand, thinks that it fairly is all made up. this is a profoundly discomfiting theory for many religious human beings, and so as that they've a tendency to attack the source of the belief: the atheist.

why on earth would you hate someone just because they have different beliefs than you. i am agnostic but that does not make me a bad person. i still have high morals, integrity and would give the shirt off my back to help someone out. just because i have a hard time believing everything im spoonfed as the gospel i have the right to make my own decisons about what i choose to beleive. i mean come on....some of the miracles performed by jesus if performed in this day and age you would say ya right ill beleive that when i see it. if everyone in the world was the same it would be an awful boring place.

Tell me something. How much love does it take to look at another person and believe that they will burn in Hell for all eternity, and you will not? How much love does it take to ascribe to a set of beliefs that place human beings in an inferior position to an imaginary entity, thus completely devaluing them, and then claim that those who do not thus debase themselves are lower than yourself? How loving is the god of the Bible, and the teachings it contains?
Read the playbook. There's hatred all over it.

Hate is such an ugly word. No true Christian would hate anyone. Why don't you ask instead: Why do you disapprove of Atheists?
