.. what career I should look into for the future. Despite the fact that I'm only in grade 10, I'm already experiencing the anxiety and pressures of planning for the future. English is the subject that I excel and enjoy the most. Does anyone have suggestions of good careers that deals with writing and such?
Thanks, much appreciated =)

Currently you like English. You are in grade 10 now. It is very likely that you would like to go to college after finishing school. You would surely come across some other subjects which interest you. So, please keep your mind open for other subjects too, besides English, in which you find you would excel.
If, however, you want to continue with something that has to do with your proficiency in English, you could try journalism, copy writing (advertising), writing stories and novels, speech-writing, jobs in Embassies of your country that are based in places where English is not the main language, etc.
It would help a lot if you could get interested in some other subject besides English, so that the combination would open more avenues for productive employment.

Call centre job will do good for u...
since we r in the computer world the need for writting is very minimal.
So with ur skill in English u can have a good career in a call centre.
In addition if u can raise ur qualificaion further more u will have a better future....
mainly u can concentrate on marketing or HR related studies if possible... with a degree in this field and with help of ur Dominance in english u can shine better in ur future....
have call centre job for just an entry level...
then try to have a degree,
with a degree and good performance u can move higher in designation

Writing, such as plays, books, scripts, journalism?
Or, perhaps, technical writing (the antithesis to any other writing.....smiling), obituaries, advertising, printing?
Teaching, education support, lyricist?
Write (pun intended) you are, pondering your future now, but don't let it take the fun out of your education! You do not necessarily need to stress over your decision now, but pay attention now and when you first get to college. Your counselor at high school and in college will be a great asset in helping you make a decision.

once you get into a college or university you'll begin to take core classes and then other classes that will guide you to what you want. the best thing is that you have the freedom to pick which classes you want...opposed to highschool where you just put that you want to take english and math.
just go with what you love, you dont' want to be stuck with a job that you hate.
