this is a serious question is reality an illusion? ok when your having a dream and you touch something in your dream it feels real doesn't it when you fly in your dreams it really feels like your in the air when you fall down it actually felt like you fell a long distance and you hit the ground let me give an example
i was having a dream about me being in a really dark place like it was night i was walking down the sidewalk and i saw this girl on her knees and i never saw this girl my mind must of just made her up in the dream anyways there she was i was walking toward her and i don't know why i did these but i unzipped my pants and i took out my "meat microphone" and she grabbed it and started sucking it and i actually felt the pleasure it must have been from my pervertions but that was weird and then after a few months i saw a girl that looked like her and i swear it was the same one
now you cannot count some dreams that actually happened de ja vu tell me your experiences

It's all an illusion.
This is more easily understandable if one considers the actual scale of the components of an atom. If one takes into account the fact that the neutrons, protons and electrons of an atom actually have huge spaces between them it becomes clear that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are made up of 99+ percent empty space.
This alone does not seem too important till you add the idea that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are more of a loose conglomeration that share a similar attraction but never really touch each other.
At first glance this does not really seem relevant, but closer analysis reveals that this adds a tremendous amount of empty space to solid objects that are already made up of atoms that are 99 percent space. When so-called solid objects are seen in this light it becomes apparent that they can in no way be the seemingly solid objects they appear to be.
We ourselves are not exceptions to this phenomenon.
These seemingly solid objects are more like ghostly images that we interpret as solid objects based on our perceptual conclusions.
From this we must conclude that Perception is some sort of a trick that helps us to take these ghostly images and turn them into a world we can associate and interact with. This clever device seems to be a creation of our intellect that enables us to interact with each other in what appears to be a three dimensional reality.
I hope that helps to answered your question.
Love and blessings Don

The whole world we are living in is nothing but a dream; you get to understand REALITY only as you move up in the spiritual realms.
Look at this simple riddle: Are you in a dream right now or not? Oh yea, ok prove it! I mean, how do you know you will not wake in another hour or two and say, "Whao, What a dream! That post by that guy was something else. It was as if ...." The point is that you can never be absolutely sure which one is the dream. So remember: DREAMS ARE REAL.
Our world consists of many worlds, starting with the physical. In the physical world, there are laws: physical, chemical, biological, even man-made ones etc. But then other worlds have their own sets of laws different from the those of the physical world. For example, gravity is a big thing here; but elsewhere, it may not amount to much.
Now, when your body is tired and must succumb to the biological law that stipulates sleep, Soul, the real you however, is not restrained by such laws and is free to wander around all the worlds (physical, astral etc). Then your dreams at such times may just reflect Soul's experiences in these worlds. Sometimes, they look bizarre and incomprehensible because you do not have substantial previous encounter with that world.
Please pay attention to your dreams. There is a lot to learn from them.

YES and NO, i am not sure if you exist and this wqustion is part of your reality or mine, do i exist, am i real, are you for real. I had a dream recently that i was answering a question in a manner that could be considered unreal, then i had a deja vu experience, that reminded me of a question like this that i answered but did not answer because i am an illusion of YOUR mind, and that i am actually non existent, so therefore do not exist in your reality, only in mine!!

Excellent question...I think that reality is subjective. You cannot compare realities from one to another. My reality is comprised of a baseline of "normalcy." The chances of my reality being unrealistic to the majority of the world, are pretty good. Even minute and unrecognized differences in in ones world form a unique and personal concept of reality. It is a personal concept and therefore cannot be proven or serve as a baseline for anyone else. I would not say that it is an illusion because to the owner of the reality in question, it is error free.

It's all depends on what you think reality is. For me well I would love for this to be an illusion but the question is you don't know what reality is so would you like it if the illusion was gone. It could be here for a reason.

It is a good question, but I don't know about a serious one, because it is more for the psychology category. Then again, if reality is an illusion, then I suppose your question is as well, in which case, I don't need to reply.

It doesn't really matter.
When you interact with the world, you are really only interacting with a model of the world your brain makes based on your senses. So, in that sense, you are working on a virtual reality. This is why hallucinations and dreams can be so real.
Since we only interact with what our senses give us, it really doesn't matter whether the senses are receiving "real" info or not. That layer of separation already makes it somewhat not real, and we would still interact with them the same.

Yes, reality is a mere illusion. The magician(s) who are pulling this illusion off are Siegfried & Roy. We're apart of their daily stage act.

I am not going to comment on your dream but the whole 'reality illision of mind' thing is a good debate question. Dreams are illisions in your mind they are not reality, but reality has illisions so it depends on the situation and circumstances

I don't think you're question is real serious, I believe you're mind is just to much occupied with sex during day time and is transferred into your sleep.
You're Q , has nothing to do with spirituality!
