i heard the vitamins make your hair grow an inch or an inch and a half a month instead of half an inch so give it a try.. my friend just asked her hair dresser about them and you can get them at wal-mart for pretty cheap... good luck!

at first...i'm a guy. Secondly, on a similar time as on a three month jungle day out some years in the past I grabbed 3 bottles of multivitamin with out checking the label...and that they grew to become out to be prenatal kind. They tell me I lower back looking like a gorilla ! This occurred ok ?

I dont think they will help that much but my stylist recomends prenatal vitamins, no you dont have to be pregnat to take them, but they offer more nutrition for hair and nails than reg vitamins,they do help.but 4 "? not sure

Hair is made up of protein and not vitamins so I wouldn't know why it would work.
