ok.. some straight shots here.. get ready

1) There are ways... but you have to commit to them. Summer and weekend courses at the local community college, re-take some of the courses you botched if that is an option - but you will have to pay for those. You may also have to get permission from your HS.

2) Your English/spelling needs some work. I would guess that English is not one of your better courses. That is even more embarrassing because Yahoo provides a spell checker. If you want to do all you possibly can, you need to use available resources and in the real world your English may make or break you and will definitely limit your ability to rise.

3) I congratulate you on your goal and effort and to improve. That is a decision that is a good measure of your character. But character will not ace those courses for you. You should sit down with your counselor and structure what courses you need to take to build your academic foundation Listen to him/her and then start laying those bricks.

good luck to you.

Community college is way better than AP classes. Im taking a Community college class and Im a junior in high school in south Cali. The Universities here look at ur college classes like AP, Honors, and college classes (all gives extra points and counts as a full year) Its more easier than AP classes. U.S. History and Government is highly recommended that the universities will look at, as well as 4 years of math & english, college prep, comm. service, 3 years of foreign language the 2 most important social science class, health & 3 years of science.

I love community colleges so easy.

If you take courses at a community college and get decent grades, you should be able to transfer to a 4 year college after you get your AA. I wouldn't count on getting in to Harvard though.

Well I hope your standards are low because 2.0 is not what most colleges are looking for. Anyway how are we supposed to know we don't know where you live or go to school. You'll have to talk to your counselor for help.
