There is a time and a place for big hard nipples...mine have a mind of their own and seem to get hard at some inappropriate times.
Does anyone know what I can do about this? (besides wear sweaters...LOL)
Do they make bras for this problem?

wear bras with more padding, or put band-aids on them... I've done that a few times when I couldn't wear a bra b/c of a certain type of shirt..

Wear padded bras or put pasties on under the unlined bras.

wear bras from VS, seems to help the problem...mine are sensitive too

If you were to put a hankie or something over each nipple in your bra that might not make them so noticeable.

Bandaids are supposed to work well. I dated a girl with the same problem.
