Unless your hair is similar to the person in that pictures it is often times hard to duplicate someone else style on a a different set of hair as far as thickness, wave pattern, health. They might be using different tools it looks like that is razored in the front, perhaps they don't feel your hair is healthy enough to razor cut which could cause split ends. Next time bring in the picture and speak up if you see they doing something that you don't like , you have to say something or they won't know. Her part is not even in the front if you noticed that could make a difference, and it really really looks she has a chin length shag with extensions underneath. But it really is a simple cut.

One reason it may not be turning out the same is because you hair is a different texture than the girls in the photo. No one can have the exact same hair cut it always looks different on other people. If you have thick hair and want it to look more like the photo without poofing up then ask your next stylist to use thinning shears on your hair and have them go over step by step what they will do to your hair before they cut it.

ok one thing it could be the way ur hair is; like texture, thickness, if it is dry or oily, etc.... that hairstyle should be easy to do for any hairstylist. maybe ur stylist is just crappy and u need a new one. if u hair is thick, get it thinned with a razor(not the one guys use, lol) but next time u go, tell the lady u want ur hair razored and then do the cut. that picture has razor cuts in it so it should work and if it doesnt, get a new stylist!

What type of hair do you have? The hair do looks super easy to get done, not sure what issues she might be having. Perhaps your hair has a lot of body to it, has she tried to flatten it?
I think going three times to achieve the look is a bit much, I wouldn't have been to gracious with her. I would look elsewhere though. I have had luck at Toni & Guy and Regis. A girl at Regis did some awesome color and highlights (total bill was $140 including tip). Toni & Guy .. well they always get it right; it can be expensive.
Good luck with your hair and much love!

Print the picture and explain to your NEXT hair dresser that this is the way you want it or you get a refund. Make sure you get a professional. Because the more places you get it done at cheap cheaps the more your going to spend.

hi ya,
Well simple all hairdresser are the same move on, try a hair dresser in a trendier area where their are wealthier younger people yuppies, or your local beauty hair training school/uni as they require models and are supervised fairly well.

Choose a different dresser, show them the picture before they even wet your hair to see if they can perform how you'd like them to. Then if they screw up, they ought to know you shouldn't be obligated o pay them.

Go to another hair dresser, ask your friends or anyone you see with great hair where they go. I think they need to us a razor to cut it right... that's a cool look.
