There are many firms in Ireland producing Black & White pudding. such as Henry Denny, Goldenen Vale, Olhausen, etc etc, check with the Irish Trade board, or the Irish embassy for a list. You will also find it in some shops in England. If in London try The Upper holloway Road. beside theSeven Sisters Road.
