Um, no.
It's an experimental vaccine given at the time when the girl is just entering puberty. No one knows the reprocussions of such a vaccine and making it mandatory.

are you talking about the GARDASIL for hpv? if so yes i would have my daughter get it. it is not given in the private area it is
administered in the upper arm or in the higher anterolateral area of the thigh.
