ok so i broke up with my boyfriend and we had some trouble at school because he was telling people that he broke up with me which isnt true. then we talked it all out and now I really want to be friends with him and I thought we talked it all out but i asked him he wanted to be friends with me and he said I don't care. After that he said he would think about it and i told him I will be very mean if you say no and I dont wanna be a b****.how do i make him my friend and not be a b****?

Maybe you should be the mature one and not worry about him saying that he broke up with you. People will figure him out eventually for themselves.
Sounds like he's not worth your time in the friend department either, since he says "don't care".

You can't make someone your friend. Let him think about it, give him the time he needs. Don't be pushy because then that will drive him away. If you're going to be mean about him not wanting to be your friend, I think that's very stupid, no offense.

He is telling everyone he broke up with you because he doesn't want everyone to know HE was dumped. This is his way of trying to get even with you. He knows you want to be friends so he is being a jerk about it. Ignore him. This is TYPICAL CHILDISH behavior.
