I got all my decorations & most of the favors there---including some adorable personalized pencils with little wedding bells instead of erasers!

This doesn't really answer your question but if you're looking to save money I would totally eliminate the whole 'wedding favor' concept from the wedding. Personally I think it's pretty tacky.. who wants a cheap party favour to remember a sacrament by? Leave the party favors for the 5 year olds and their birthday parties and put your money to better use elsewhere :)

What's your wedding theme? Anyhow, heart-shaped mints or candies in a cute paper favor box would do it.
Check the site below for the mints at $9.25/lb (approximately 650 hearts per pound)
For favor box, check Walmart. They have a good selection of wedding stuffs.

Well what do you want as a favor?
You can get cookie cutters for $.47 each below.
Just attach a cookie recipe with ribbon to each cookie cutter.
