Is it safe to eat expired tofu????

when in doubt, throw it out. If you are ever not sure about something from your fridge or any food for that matter, throw it out. It's better to be safe than sorry

on the other hand if it doesn't smell bad, I would eat it

The expiration date is simply to signify how long it can be on the shelf. Not how long it stays good.

Open it and drain the water. If it smells "beany" toss it out. If it's yellowed, toss it out. If it's clean and fresh, eat it today or tomorrow. Just be sure you change the water. Tofu shouldn't stay in the fridge for more than a week. It is fragile and loses nutrients. Fresh tofu is much more flavorful.

One CAN eat expired tofu, it's not necessarily ADVISABLE to do so.

I don't eat anything after expiring date. There is a reason for that. Maybe u don't smell anything, but it does not mean there are no "bad stuff" growing in ti.
