I'm sorry, no proof yet. He must have done her. Christian "logic".

Hey Ray: If you are going to think logically, then you will have to question Jesus' existence at all.

Actually the verse John 12:3 says "Then Mary took a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odor of the ointment."

In Hebraic tradition, No Woman would wipe her hair on a man's feet unless she was his Wife. Women covered their hair and were only allowed to be uncovered in front of their Husbands.

Therefore, they did it, man...

no he didn't. if you base your logic on the DaVinci code, then

a) you didn't look deep enough. if you notice, John (who some wierdos believe is Mary Magdalene) is leaning the other way. Some people have the misconception that that is a lady (because girl-eyes were painted to show youth), even though she wasn't dressed like a jewish lady (which was unacceptable and a reason to stone a person).

b) you're gullible enough to believe even what the author claimed as FICTION

and think logically. If Jesus had any sexual relations, don't you think he would have gone the ways religionists do and say it's okay? He didn't. Jesus had no reason to fear jewish society, as he'd already been accepted and rejected by them.

Not having 100% proof that something did not happen does not conversely prove that something did happen.

Even so Jesus was never married to anyone, and He was without sin.
Oh and as far as Jesus being a better man... that goes without saying. He was and is a better person than any of us will ever be.

Well, since God does not lie and Jesus is God I would say no. If he had been married and had sex with her, it would not have been a sin. If he had children in that marriage, it would not have been a sin. If there was a bloodline, it would be significant, God tells us what is significant to know. It isn't in the Bible, so there for, it is not true. There would be no reason in the world to cover this up if it were true. Somebody just spreading lies! Satan is his name.

If he did, then it would have been recorded in Jewish targums by the Pharisees who would have loved to tarnish his reputation as this holy Son of God. They wrote lots of terrible things about Him but they never made that allocation. So the best evidence from history is that He didn't.

The difference is that as Christians we make a positive case based on what we can detect from history. This is an argument from silence, which is generally a poor argument for anything.

It sounds like stone casting! Are YOU without sin? Jesus IS without sin.

He probably did. Jewish marriages weren't recorded well--the only proof the couple actually got was the ketubah, (contract between man and woman) which could easily have been lost, destroyed, or hidden.

I kinda hope he did , after all he was to experience life on Earth.
I also wish the "Holy Blood Holy Grail" theory was true and Mary did have Jesus's child.

At least the bible indicated that she was his wife but u can only know this if u knew Jewish customs. There were also many books left out of the bible that stated they started a family together.

I really can't imagine that he didn't, but if he was able to be celibate all that time with young woman around him, he is a better man than me.
