Well i take a vitamin called Biotin..it works really good..its not really that expensive either...i got a bottle that was 1000mg and like maybe 20 in a bottle and it was like 2 dollars..so you should try it..it also helps with nail growth too..i dont remember how much it grew in a certain time i never paid attention but i know it does make your hair grow..
