I'd give Thor a shout and ask him to bang his hammer on that lump of the Canaries. Knock it off and that will give the Atlantic side of the Americas something to worry about for a while. Hades can rise from the Grand Canyon and Styx will flow on earth.
Ra can park his solar barge on the Himalayas and that should stop the Chinese polluting for a while.

An oasis will appear on Uluru.

For 40 years there will be a poisonous mercury lake in St Peter's Square. In it will be vivid moving images of the atrocoties commited in my name over the last 2000 years.
The Sahara will be fertile.

I'd banish the ego, and those that are immume or resist beyond the period of 24 hours, dissipation will have their brains synchronized with microwave frequences.
Should greed manage to rear it's ugly head on any other level beyond self preservation of the immediate family unit that brain will be added to the microwave spectrum ...

And my visit should give humanity something to occupy their feeble minds over the next 2000 years :-)

I would provide rock solid proof that I exist!

As for sickness, diesease, suffering, death these things can not be changed by some God imposing its will on the world. In order for these things to change PEOPLE must change!
These things are the direct result of choices and actions we have made! NO GOD has caused any of it! NO DEVIL has either! People starve because others are greedy and hog up the food! Just for one example!

The problem is not a God it is PEOPLE!
A God doesn't exist PEOPLE DO!

If I had the power, I'd repair the OZONE=then I'd eradicate all war weapons. Then I'd make myself very rich so I could hire with a 15 year contract all the homeless and the unemployed all over the planet to work my GLOBAL WARMING PLAN to help save all mankind from extinction.

Set up an irrevocable law of the universe that allows all former Gods to have the permanent title of Deputy God, with full God powers, wisdom and immortality. Then after that one day, I'd be all set.

If something wasn't quite surprising enough to say "oh my God" people could say "oh my Bill!"

Money could say "in God and Bill We Trust."

I think having infinite wisdom would really help my GPA.

I could also use my Godlike powers to resolve injustices that have irked me to date.

Understand that I am really not being offensive here.

I would be so saddened by all the wars and arguments in my name that I would tell people not to follow me any more.

There was a BBC movie along these lines a few years ago... Second coming, I think it was called. The premise was that the next age of man was begun by the death of god.

I would tell people loud and clear that they can all worship in whatever way suits them - but blowing sh*t out of each other is not on and people who continue to do that Forking nonsence will be smitted down with great vengence and furious anger and loads of brimstone and old testament stuff and not go to the after (life) party..........

It's a good thing I'm not God. God is merciful and gracious.
He is a forgiving God. I would want everyone to be in Heaven with me forever and forever. Love everyone with the same love.
There would be no raciscm-murder-child abuse- everything would be beautiful. All people would be equal, and all sin would be gone.

I would not change a thing. I would be God for just one day and He has always been. He knows what he's doing although I do not. So I would trust and have faith that He is doing what is best for all of us, His children, and follow His example and leave it alone.
