It's not cheating, it's alright to look, but if he acts on it then THAT is cheating. However, when I get a boyfriend I would get jealous if he was checking out another chick.

Not really, but you shouldn't be doing it. That shows a sign of unfaithfullness towards a woman. She has to be able to trust you around other woman. No matter how tempting.

I don't think it is cheating, but it doesn't feel good to the girl you are with. Make her feel special by "not noticing" when you are with her.
