we just got 2 cats and thought they were both girls....turns out that ones a girl and ones a guy,,, we want to know how old they need to be before they they get pregnant...if anyone can help i could appriciate

Pregnancy can occur as early as 3 months of age for both sexes.
If you do not want kittens, please spay and neuter them. At least one at a time to prevent unwanted kittens.

If u dont want them to breed then get them spayed and neuters as soon as possible (i think its 8 wks. or soemthing) but if u do want them to breed as soon as she starts to go into heat (a cple monts) but im not sure about males. I only had male cats when i was little because they would spray everywhere so we never go tanother one. But with a male cat becarefull of spraying. If you dont know how to take care of that put vinegar wher it sprays and it'll stop!

I've seen them at around 5 months pregnant. With the male, possibly even earlier.

between 4 and 6 months is when cats will mature and become able to make kittens
