he seems to be having a bit of an identity crisis.. lol.. do u have a cat that maybe he mimics, or sees as the leader? most dogs follow cats because cats are independant and show authority and the dogs sence that... sounds pretty funny

Not really. Chances are you have a dominant cat around that the dog is submitting to. Dogs will mimic people sounds in this manner too by pouting or whining. It's just adapting to the dominant one for acceptance. That's isn't to say that your dog isn't intelligent.

Sorry-had to put that, but truely- no dog should meow-unless somthing is really wrong-If your dog is TRUELY "Meowing" i would get him to the vet and be very mad at the breeder!!
