how can i start a prisoner transport service?

i would like to provide transportation services for jails, prisons, and youth centers on a daily/weekly basis, keep in mind that i'm already in the field of working with inmates and am post certified by the state of georgia. Transportation would to and from various appointments as well as transporting to and from various facilities.

Sounds like this is a good question for the Department of Corrections there, go ask it!

Each correctional facility has its own personnel, so it would be hard to make a go of it as a business.
