in australia... that would have cost him between $140 & $200 so I doubt it was just a friendly gesture.

It means he likes you and wants more. You cannot say he loves you if it is a new relationship, that is unrealistic and infatuation. You can always ask him and find out instead of guessing or asking strangers to read his mind.

lol it means its valentines day..you know how many guys do that. at least i have other creative ideas. they just get it..theres no special meaning to it, they're only flowers. Most likely he bought it last minute.
