A teaspoon is about 5 ml. A ml is about 10-12 drops, maybe 15 (depends.)

So a tsp would be maybe 50 drops, maybe 60.

HOW BIG ARE THE DROPS? drops of water are smaller than drops of syrup you know. and it depends on the gravitational pull of the area you live in.

That would depend on what is dispensing the drops.
