Well, I have very sensitive skin too. I have NEVER been able to use anything on my face really...except Dove which I really don't think is THAT gentle. I recently went to one of those home parties... for skin products. I used to use Eucerin creme on my face for years and I did really good with it. The products at this party were Arbonne. Not real cheap, BUT, I can use EVERY product they make. I mean I can slather it on.. not just a drop like with some things. I have never had a reaction to any of it and I am really sensitive. They say ( the Arbonne people) that they try their products on 1,000's of people and if only ONE reacts, they go back and reformulate it. They have a nice basic moisturizer in a green and white little tub that sells for 20$ I believe and it lasts a long, long time. They also have a gentle wash and many things. You may even be able to get some samples to try first. Go to WWW.Arbonne.com. If you can, just try some Eucerin plain creme that you can get at Walmart or anywhere. Just try the plain blue and white formula without the Alpha Hydroxy in it. I can tolerate either, but the regular formula (NOT Eucerin plus) is extremely gentle. If it doesn't work I would be surprised. You might try Cetaphyl cleanser or the generic Walmart brand too. They work for me as well. Don't scrub your face at all. Let it heal. I have even used Olive oil in a pinch which contains nothing but Olive oil so you don't need to worry about 55 ingredients. Hope that helps you.

You should NEVER use 'soap' on your face! Even 'Dove' is not a good 'face soap' ... just try washing your face with plain HOT water and a 'good washrag' ... let it 'sit' on your face to 'warm it up' and then scrub lightly. Then 'rinse' in warm water, and rinse again twice more, with 'cooler water' each time, so the last 'rinse' is COLD. Do NOT use 'moisturizers' on your face for at least a month, and only use your 'acne medications' exactly as they have been prescribed. You may have 'roseacia' which is a condition of 'reddening' of the skin, particularly in your face, and it could be that your 'acne medications' are making it worse ... but if you stop putting ANY/ALL soap on your face, and wash with ONLY WATER your face should start to 'clear up' and the dermatologist who 'prescribes' your acne medication will have a 'better place to start looking' for what is 'wrong' with you.

You're putting too many chemicals on your face and then removing all of its natural moisture. Check with your doctor and see if there is a lesser prescription you can be assigned. Also, don't over wash your face, even with moisturizer soap, because it will dry your natural oils out.

You should bring this to the attention of your Dermetologist or Dr. Explain all that you included here, and get the correct answer from him or her.

Sometimes putting more and more products on it won't help. You need a dermatologist.
