Here you go - from the horse's mouth. Start with the following book: Driven to Distraction, by Edward Howell, MD. Your local library has it, or can borrow it from a nearby library. Read it. If it suddenly feels like he's writing about YOUR life, choose one of the following books: if you're a student: Reading Outside the Lines; if you're an adult: ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life. The diagnosis comes mostly from a review of your life from about 7 years old onward. Collect your data, and present it to your doctor. S/he'll help you from there. Start now, and good luck.

yes, you have to. alot of people have adhd. and the ratio, i think is 5/1... im 14 and i have one. lol. good thing! im taking medications... and i hope it's effective... the psychologist will ask you questions if you feel like this and that... blah blah... of course you have to answer honestly because the medicine is seriously expensive!!!

ADD is made up by the psychs so they can drug you and profit by it. Think thati s bs? Go to www.cchr.org and watch the videos of the psychs saying so.
