If you must straighten your hair be sure to deep condition your hair and always apply a leave in conditioner before your flat iron your hair. ALWAYS use a heat protector and last but not least trim your hair every 2 months.

Use a heat protecting product that will help with damaged hair. I like Bumble and Bumble styling lotion, it smells good and controls your hair.

use the new DOVE for two weeks and only iron your hair 2 times a week. And also remember to use a hair treatment for your hair. you could buy the hair treatment at CVS or WALMART. it's very cheap and it also helps your hair from geting damaged

I straighten my hair everyday too. Conditioning it helps, because it puts the moisture back into your hair. Also, try using Garnier, the blue kind.
